The unique KavalFunction sweat rug is made of a highly technical material called "Cool-Tec" fabric. The blanket is significantly thinner than conventional fleece sweat blankets and is therefore ideal for summer. At first, the Cool-Tec works like a fleece fabric. It transports the horse's sweat outwards onto the outside of the blanket and lets it roll off, so that the horse becomes dry and the sweat does not start again. The Cool-Tec material has been developed so that it maintains a cooling effect, especially on warm days. The sweat blanket is very light and breathable and provides the appropriate warmth by sweat removal to the outside, but at the same time for a further light air circulation for the warm days of the year.
