TEMPORARY TERM: PLEASE NOTE DUE TO HIGH DEMAND FOR OUR GPA HELMETS PRODUCTION TIME IS CURRENTLY 6-8 WEEKS FOR STANDARD AND LEATHER ORDERS AND 8-12 WEEKS ON CARBON AND CUSTOM ORDERS. EACH HELMET IS HANDMADE AND OUR PRODUCTION STAFF ARE WORKING A MAXIMUM CAPACITY TO MEET THE CURRENT DEMAND.

Delivery is subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation and a signature is required on receipt. We will only charge one lot of postage per order - however many parcels it involves. Delivery of parcel may be up until 7pm.

Returns & exchanges
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds will only be given for any safety items (riding helmets, body protectors) returned (at customers expense) which are still in their original packaging with all tags still attached to the helmet/body protector, within 14 days of receiving them. Returns will not be accepted without these due to the safety nature of these products.
Otherwise if you would like a full refund or exchange on any other product, please return within 14 days of receiving the product(s).
Sale items:
You may return any of your items for any reason within fourteen days of receipt of order for an exchange only or credit note.
How do I return/exchange my order?
3. Then just take your parcel to the Post Office for posting.
4. Please make sure that you get a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your Post Office. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post.
5. We do not cover the cost of returns. To do this, we would have to increase the price of our products, which we would really rather not do.
Faulty goods:

Changing or cancelling your order:
Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. Once you have confirmed your order we are unable to amend it. If you wish to cancel your order please call 01664 810336 (If your order has been processed in the warehouse or been despatched we will be unable to process a refund until we receive the parcel back)
Paying
We accept online payment in a secure environment with Visa, Mastercard credit cards, as well as Solo, Visa and Maestro debit cards. We also offer 'payment by post' if you wish to pay by cash, cheque or any other methods. You can also use paypal to make your purchase
The Style Equitation online store uses the very latest encryption technology (SSL) to ensure that your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel across the Internet. When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website. Your browser will show a padlock in the bottom right corner to indicate that it has made a secure connection and depending on your browser a window may pop-up to notify you that you are entering this safe area.
To protect cardholders, your bank may request that you are screened using 3D Secure (MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa) and by an independent fraud prevention service. We may contact you for additional security purposes should we deem this necessary.
Prices & tax charges
All prices are shown in sterling and include 20% VAT on adult’s clothing and 0% VAT on children’s clothing.
Product Images and Description
While every effort has been made to display items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.
Prices
Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
Although we endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

The online shopping function of the site uses cookies to speed up the ordering process. These are small text files, which are sent to your computer and enable our website to recognise you.
